• Airport transfers

• Optional 1:1 sessions

• Meals or beverages not listed

• Personal expenses

We reserve the right to amend prices before full payment. Once payment is completed, prices are confirmed unless you request changes.

7. Payment

Full payment (100%) is required to secure a booking unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Card and Bank Transfer. Card payments may incur a processing fee (currently 3%).

8. Booking Confirmation

Upon payment:

• You will receive email confirmation within 24 hours

• Program and logistical details will follow

You are responsible for reviewing confirmations and notifying us promptly of any errors.

9. Cancellation Policy

Due to the financial commitments involved in hosting retreats and programs, all bookings are strictly non-refundable.

10. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants and their guests.

Insurance should cover cancellation, illness, injury, lost luggage, force majeure events, and inability to travel.

You acknowledge that:

• Insurance is your sole remedy for recovering non-refundable payments

• You accept all risks of loss or hardship

We may require proof of insurance and reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if insurance requirements are not met.

11. Health & Safety

11.1 General

Health and safety standards comply with local regulations. Relevant public health guidance is followed where applicable.

11.2 Experiential Practices

Some Services include breathwork, energetic, somatic, or consciousness-based practices.

By participating, you acknowledge:

• These practices may involve intense physical or emotional release

• Participation is not advised for individuals with cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, pacemakers, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, recent injury or surgery

• Not suitable for seizure disorders, certain mental health conditions, major medications, or aneurysm history

• Pregnant or post-natal participants require medical approval

• Participation under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited

You confirm you are in suitable physical and mental health and agree to follow all guidance provided.

12. Special Requests & Medical Conditions

Dietary or special requests must be disclosed at booking. Accommodation is not guaranteed.

You must disclose all relevant medical conditions before booking and prior to participation. No refunds are issued where participation is restricted or cancelled for health or safety reasons.

13. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all passport, visa, and health entry requirements. Failure to meet requirements will be treated as a no-show, with no refund.

14. Behaviour & Responsibility

You are responsible for your actions and those of your guests.

We reserve the right to terminate participation immediately, without refund or compensation, if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or harmful.

You accept liability for damage or loss caused by you or your party. We are not liable for consequential losses or third-party claims arising from your actions.

15. Complaints

Any issues must be raised immediately during the retreat or program. Written complaints must be submitted by email within 28 days of completion.

16. Content Liability & Disclaimer

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of Website content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and liability arising from Website use or Services, except where liability cannot be excluded (including death, personal injury, fraud).

Where the Website and information are provided free of charge, we are not liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
